when they are shipped to you. This is my way of doing
quality control. I scan each DVD from the reproduction
company before it is shipped to you to make sure it
works properly and also to minimize returns. Also
remember that the DVD's are in a NTSC format and are
not in a PAL format.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: NO REFUNDS on books, CD's or
DVD's. If you need to return a defective CD or DVD, you
must do so within 14 days. Defectve item must be
returned with a note indicating the problem. You will
be sent a replacement for it. You pay the shipping
charges to return the item to me, and I pay the
shipping charges for its replacement.
