the DVD's are in a NTSC format and are not in a PAL
format.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: NO REFUNDS on books, CD's or
DVD's. If you need to return a defective CD or DVD, you
must do so within 14 days. Defectve item must be returned
with a note indicating the problem. You will be sent a
replacement for it. You pay the shipping charges to
return the item to me, and I pay the shipping charges for
its replacement.
