"A SHOT OF
LAUGHTER" - This is a
humorous book featuring the cartoon character, "Nurse
Buzzby". Funny poems and puzzles are also included in a
book that was designed to entertain patients during their
hospital stay. Although designed for adult patients, other
adults may also enjoy it. The book does contain cartoons
and poems that poke fun at the medical world so if you
don't like this type of humor, this book isn't for you.
There is a reason that the book has two copyrights. The
1983 version was actually entitled, "The Hospital
Handbook". After my father died in 1999, I decided to
revamp the original version and dedicate it to him and my
Uncle Frank. Both of them were very funny guys.

"I HID THE ELEPHANT IN MY BED/THE ANIMALS GOT DRESSED AT
THE ZOO" - Get two
illustrated songs in one book and the musical CD. The first
song is about a little girl who brings an elephant home and
tries to keep her parents from finding it. She quickly
discovers that it is not easy having an elephant for a pet.
The second song is about what happens when some animals get
bored at the city zoo. Nate the Snake, one of the
residents, has an idea for a contest. Who will win the
first place ribbon? The book is approximately 5 3/4" by 7
3/4". You can read the book, listen to the music, or do
both at the same time.
