REFUND AND RETURN POLICY: Defective products or products damaged in shipment will be replaced. You must notify me through email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. I will pay the additional shipping costs for the replacement. If you need to return the item for any other reason, you must return the item in the same condition you received it in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt. You must notify me through email of your desire to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You are responsible for any shipping cost to return it. After the item is returned to me, I will issue a refund for the product and the shipping cost you paid to have it sent to you. DVD's will not be shrinkwrapped when they are shipped to you. I check items before they are shipped to minimize returns. This is my way of doing quality control. I scan each DVD from the reproduction company before it is shipped to you to insure there are no manufacturing issues, to make sure it works properly, and also to minimize returns.
