DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Defective products or products damaged in shipment will be replaced. You must notify me through email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. I will pay the additional shipping costs for the replacement. I check items before they are shipped to minimize returns. This is my way of doing quality control. I scan each DVD from the reproduction company before it is shipped to you to insure there are no manufacturing issues and to make sure it works properly.
